  24. In New York, or more specifically Long Island..
  25. we have a great 'small claims' court system :)))
  26. You would win your case...BUT TRY AND COLLECT!!!!
  27. That's right... for what it's worth... 
  28. I worked for someone who won two (not one... TWO separate) court cases,
  29. but the way the system works, their is no enforcement on collecting!!!
  30. So he won two cases and didn't collect a dime!!!
